Artwork

Terrane Ltd employs 2 full time graphic artists/designers. The artwork department is responsible for producing the final artwork before the design continues on to the Ceramic, Embroidery or Screen Printing departments. Customers ideas, rough sketches etc. are transformed into full colour artwork for approval by the customer.
Although both graphic artists use modern computer programs to aid their work, they both retain the ability to hand draw designs whenever necessary. All the customer needs to do is simply send their design or sketch, or even their ideas to Terrane, and the rest will be done for them.

Screen Printing

Our screen printing department is responsible for producing the colour separations and screens needed for printing. The department prints items such as T-Shirts, Sweats, Mug Transfers, Baseball Caps, Stickers/Zaps, Flying Scarves and much more.
The entire process from design inception, through to final printing is all carried out in-house by highly experienced staff, ensuring first class results with outstanding quality.

Embroidery

As with Screen Printing, the entire Embroidery process is carried out entirely in-house. Using the latest Wilcom Embroidery Software, customers initial designs are firstly produced in full colour by our artwork department before being transformed into an Embroidered design. Samples of embroidery can be submitted to the customer for final approval prior to full production commencing. In the case of badges, the finished item is cut out and completed with a Merrow over-locked edge or stitched border, depending upon the customers’ requirements.

Ceramics

Terrane Ltd are Europe’s leading manufacturers of personalised ceramic products. Because all of the processes are carried out in-house, we are able to personalise individual mugs etc with customers’ own logos and designs and individual names. We print our own ceramic transfers, hand-decorate the mugs and re-fire them in our kilns here on the premises. Our coffee mugs adorn the crew-rooms of virtually every Royal Air Force Unit and Squadron, Royal Navy Ships, Fleet Air Arm Squadrons and Army Air Corps Squadrons as well as most other Military and Civilian Units worldwide.
