Delivery
Products in stock should be delivered within 10-14 working days. We aim to deliver out of stock items within 28 working days.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday - Friday)
Ceramic products, garments and name badges are made to order and will require up to 3 weeks for delivery!
Gold wire badges and Wall-shields are made to order and will require 7-9 weeks for delivery!

Cancellations

Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your order please return it in the original packaging within 14 days, for exchange or refund, with a note of your
requirements. Please obtain a receipt as proof of postage. Important - please ensure you enclose your invoice with your goods.

When items are out of stock we will advise you of our expected delivery dates. If for any reason an item is discontinued we will try to offer you a
