Cheque
ONLY STERLING AND US DOLLAR CHEQUES ACCEPTABLE
Sterling cheques acceptable payable to Terrane Ltd. Please write
your home address, cheque guarantee card number, expiry date and
issue number on the back. Please allow 10 working days for
cheques to be cleared.
US Dollar checks can be accepted, please e-mail for up to date
exchange rate at time of ordering.

Delivery
Products in stock should be delivered within 10-14 working days. We
aim to deliver out of stock items within 28 working days.
Deliveries are made during normal working hours (Monday -
Friday)Ceramic products, garments and name
badges are made to order and will require up to 3 weeks for
delivery!
Gold wire badges and Wall-shields are made
to order and will require 7-9 weeks for delivery!

Cancellations
Under the Consumer Protection Regulations you have a right to
cancel your order and receive a full refund, these would need to
be made in writing within 2 working days of the order being
placed.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your order please return it
in the original packaging within 14 days, for exchange or
refund, with a note of your requirements. Please obtain a
receipt as proof of postage. Important - please ensure you
enclose your invoice with your goods.
Stock Availability
When items are out of stock we will advise you of our expected
delivery dates. If for any reason an item is discontinued we
will try to offer you a similar replacement.
